Personal Stories, Beautifully Baked
I’m Candice, a storyteller turned cake artist. After nearly 20 years of producing television shows like Fixer Upper and Food Network Challenge, I began dabbling in a different kind of storytelling, cake decorating. What started as a hobby, turned into a purpose when I began creating and donating custom birthday cakes for children impacted by the 2021 Marshall Fire in Superior and Louisville. Seeing their faces light up when they realized a cake was made just for them, I knew this was the storytelling I was meant to do. Today, with Greenlight Bakes, I use my TV-trained eye for detail to craft cakes that feel as personal as they are unforgettable.
